Too slow.... Absolutely ridiculous
Usually a very good place to come to eat; super convenient on my usual commute and great people there. Occasionally, though, you'll run into the problem where your order will be taken wrong or given to the wrong person. It sadly turns into a situation where you then have to take initiative to fix the problem yourself; I waited for over 30 minutes to get my order after two earlier mistakes as my order had apparently been given to another customer. Very disappointed.
Always love whataburger. The buns are really fresh at this location
This place is awful! Terrible service,long wait times,and rude staff. I will drive to any other whatabuger besides this one. The owner and managers need to get a clue.
I seen an employee walk out of the women's bathroom stall and did not wash their hands before leaving the restroom. I told the lady behind the cash register and she said she would take care of it. I know that it has been a proven fact that the number one reason people get sick while eating out is because an employee failed to wash their hands after using the restroom.
First the food is always fresh and hot. Second for some reason Apple Pay was not working. Instead of making me get out of my with my two toddlers to pay inside, the manager gave us the meal! I was so grateful because it had been a long day already. Thank You Whataburger 🍔😋
Service is inconsistent. Many employees are rude. Many employees have not responded to me when I was talking to them, they would do what I would ask sure, but it was as if they were being pulled down into Hell’s Kitchen in order to do it and I am the devil for asking for ice in the sweet tea they gave me. This is Texas y’all and I NEED ICE IN MY SWEET TEA.
Only complaint I have and maybe it's just bad luck but Whataburger has messed up my orders although minor mistakes it is still a consistent thing with this company. Don't get me wrong though however Whataburger has great food and I would reccomend it to anyone who hasn't tried it, this location is no different. Even though they had a minor mistake it was fixed to what I wanted and the food was once again great!

Was there with my son, daughter-law and two grandchildren. Had breakfast. My meal was the Breakfast on a bun, w/sausage. Excellent. Service was quick and easy. What I really need to add is that for fast food it's nice that they don't make it until you order it! Unlike so many of their competition!
Tonight was busy! Wrapped around the building busy, yet I went inside to place our order. They were behind and short staffed BUT the one adult there, held it together. Even when a mouthy, rude unhappy customers came in demanding a refund, the lead was so patient and accommodating. No matter how many hateful and unnecessary comments the customer made, she continued to apologize. She even tried to explain that the majority of the staff were new. Even the kids in the back, were hustling and trying to get caught up. I was impressed with the way she handled herself and the situation.
Burger and fries were fine but the service was exceptionally slow. 14 minutes sitting at drive thru before food arrived.
Would give zero stars. 6 cars 35 minutes to get food in drive thru. No matter the day or time...
This place is usually excellent, so I’m somewhat shocked.I ordered a sweet and spicy with sprite... they gave me water instead of sprite, and forgot to add the sweet and spicy sauce to the burger...🤦🏾♂️I can overlook the water, but come on! How do you forget to add the signature of a burger!!!Tips- don’t go around 5 pm...Edit: about a year later. Do not go around 5 pm!I ordered a sweet and spicy and a patty melt, both had way too much salt added, and once again, they forgot to add the sweet and spicy sauce. Every time I've gone to this location around 5 pm, they always seem to mess up my order. I'm leaving the star at 3 because besides that specific time, every other time they are on point.
Had always loved this Whataburger, so it pains me to leave a negative review. The two most recent times I went there, this is in Feb 2020, it was for breakfast @ drive-thru. I first got breakfast meal w/sausage, and the second time I got two breakfast taquitos. The breakfast meal was flat out inedible. It tasted like it had been sitting quite awhile before I got it. I was NOT happy, and decided I wouldn't go there for breakfast again. Unfortunately, I recently tried to grab breakfast at McDonald's that was late opening, so gave Whataburger another try. The taquitos were cold and awful...after I waited AGES for them, no less. So...that's me done throwing my money away.
Went there for a #1 combo with coupon for free burger got them both with cheese and paid extra for cheese, low and behold get home and only 1 burger. Try to call to talk to manager after third attempt and no answer just gave up. Foods good enough to go back but those folks get too busy and mess orders up alot.
I have gone to this Whataburger several times, while the food is good, it is a hit and miss 99% of the time if your order will be correct. I get people make mistakes, I use to work in fast food, but the amount of times this location gets orders wrong is outrageous. When I contacted management all they had to say was “yeah, we get a lot of complaints on that location but we are trying to fix it” . Well this location will no longer get my money.
Literally the slowest whataburher there is!!! So far Ive been waiting in the drive through for 20 mins!! With only 2 cars in front of me!!! Love the food but something needs to change about thos wait time.
This location has gone to trash in the last 3 months. Not a single order has been correct or fresh. Terrible customer service, manager is rude and food is terrible, if they even remember to put it in the bag. Will drive out of my way to another location.
Foods always cooked fresh. Service is always prompt. It's a great place.

This WhatBuger is A HUGE disappointment. Every time I come here something is wrong with the order. The shake machine is either “broken” or getting cleaned. The service here is so slow and poor. I wish there was another one closer that was better, this one just plane stinks! Thank goodness McDonald’s is across the street at least you know what to expect when you go there!!!!
Great location. Had a huge order for five kids and two adults. Everything was just as ordered, made quick and with plenty of sauce. Great staff, friendly and fast working.
We tried the chicken sandwich, though the drive thru we were asked what sauces we wanted with it. We waited a long time and got the worst chicken sandwich we ever had, no sauces fries were also terrible. Chick fila has nothing to worry about. No competition here.

Inside of restaurant was dirty and several customers were waiting at the counter to have their orders taken. Horrible service!!!!! Went inside and waited at least 25 min for a to go order and others were waiting for a while as well. Poorly staffed for a Sunday night I guess which is a result of poor management and scheduling. Finally became frustrated and left without my food. Totally unacceptable!!!! Other locations are better ran than the one in Crossroads. Ridiculous.
I love Whataburger but this location is terrible. They take forever and the food is always cold when you get it. Nobody likes cold fries. With them being so slow you would expect that the food would be hot.
Everyday I go in there I never I mean never get all my food or my food is not right I went there last night and spent over 15 dollars and my food wasn’t right then went there this morning and I spent over 20 didn’t get all my food I could understand if they are busy both times but it’s not the case plus if you call them the employees say sorry but doesn’t really care that’s the sad part about it.I think the customers should have access to the owner of this whataburger according to the manager doesn’t care if that person cared about us wasting our money not his then this wouldn’t happen everyday and trust me I do save my receipts it’s not fair we spend our money and not get the quality of food plus great customer service
This Whataburger is one of the better Whataburgers I've been to I like their chicken fajita I get bacon and cheese out to it and it is so good also like their jalapeno ketchup
This location is an embarrassment to the Whataburger franchise. I order 2 large sweet teas, I get two unsweetened teas... one with a broken cup and NO ICE. My fries were cold and stale. I got no Ketchup, Spicy Ketchup, or Honey Mustard like I had asked for. The kid they had working outside was rude as hell. This is not the first time we have had a problem at this location like this. If you want Whataburger, go to another location. This one sucks.

It's a great place. The foods superior to any normal fast food burger. They're quick and not crazy expensive
Good food always, just make sure you check your bags before you drive away because I can't tell you how many times my order was wrong. By the time I get home and figure it out, the last thing I want to do is drive back there. Lesson learned 😂

Ordered on the app breakfast before 10AM. By 11AM we left with no food. We waited over an hour for our food and decided it wasn’t even worth it. As cars kept going through the drive thru and getting food before ours. I can understand being backed up, even waiting 20 mins. But over an hour without our food is ridiculous at a fast food restaurant.
This location was the fastest location I've experienced! Ordered breakfast and burgers, waited less than 4 min after ordering and went 7 minutes before 11pm (before breakfast menu time started). Amazing customer service! Order was 100% correct! I was BLOWN AWAY! GOOD JOB GUYS!
I had a recent issue with ordering at this location over pancakes. I would like to express my respect for the manager in that matter. He called me and asked how to make it right. I assured him I wasnt looking for a free hand out I simply respected the follow up call. That is the kind on manager we need more of.
This has to be the worst Whataburger in Texas. Every time we are here, our order is wrong or it takes 30+ minutes to get our food. Today we saw multiple dirty rags draped on the soda dispenser. I highly suggest going somewhere else.

Great food and speed of service was relatively quick concidering the time of day, however, they forgot all the fries in my order and I had to come back just to get them replaced. Despite that order accuracy problem it was a good experience.
It was fresh and hit. Had the bacon cheeseburger. Next time I'll get it without the mustard
Today we just had the worst experience. My husband went to get breakfast and when he gets home we realize the cinnamon roll was not there. I call and was told to just come back to get it. Which we did since it was for our daughter. He gets there and orders a biscuit as well. When he gets to the window he explains the situation and pays for the biscuit. He gets to the next window and has to explain again because nothing was communicated. He gets the cinnamon roll and my biscuit is now missing. He asks for it and is laughed at and accused of lying. He repeteadly said he paid and offered to show the receipt. To which they finally took and gave him the biscuit. No apology for missing the cinnamon roll or for questioning the purchase of the biscuit. Definitely poor customer service. If you buy something double check your order before you leave and be ready to wait 30 minutes for your order.
Great drive through service today! Order was perfect! Took no time at all, even though they were plenty busy! Staff was friendly as well.
